Poached Pear Milkshake Recipe

  

Warm your soul with the delicious flavor of spiced poached pears. Soft, sweet and so pear-fect! 

With this summer is bloom, there is nothing better than consuming a fruit shake! With so many fruits, we wanted to create a pear shake recipe as it reminded us of fall!

The recipe is gluten-free, low-carb, and is a delicious organic protein shake that you can feel great about consuming!

 

What you'll need:

• 1 serving Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Protein Powder 

• 1 cup nut milk

• 2 tablespoons pear puree

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/4 teaspoon ground clove (optional)

How it's made:

  1. Add nut milk, pear puree, cinnamon, Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter protein powder, ground clove and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Optional: Pour into a glass and top with homemade or sugar-free whipped cream as desired! 

 

HELPFUL TIPS 

1) If wanting a more pungent pear taste, you can add a third tablespoon of pear puree for a pear-riffic protein shake! 

2) This protein recipe is a low calorie shake recipe and a low carb protein shake recipe, but if wanting to include whipped cream, we suggest making your own whipped cream.
