In order to facilitate your purchasing experience, we are pleased to accept several methods of payment including:

When placing your order with a credit card, you must ensure that the billing address matches the information (name, address, postal code) on your credit card statement. This precautionary measure is taken in order to protect our customers from unwarranted charges and credit card fraud.
Please note that at this time, we do not accept the following methods of payment:
Cash, Credit vouchers, Cheques (Checks), Money Orders, and Cashier's Cheques (Checks)
While we hope that you love your experience with us and your Protein Milkshake products, we're happy to help you refund, return, or exchange your product, if they do not meet your needs.
If you want to return your items for a refund for any reason, please contact our Customer Success Team within 14 days of receiving your product with the reason for your return and refund.
Exchanges are also available, and may only be made for products of the same value or size, excluding limited edition and/or out of stock products.

Refund and return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date as stated on the tracking information for your order. No exceptions can be made.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and tracking of the package. Protein Milkshake is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged returns.
Please note opened products cannot be returned to our warehouse. If you do choose to return your opened items, there is a 50% restocking fee for opened products.
For unopened products, once your returned products have been received by our warehouse, your return will be processed and a 25% restocking fee will apply for all unopened products.
Refunds can only be made to the same payment method with which you placed your order, i.e. the same debit/credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. No exceptions can be made. Refunds will be made within 14 business days of receiving and restocking your return order.
Please note that it can take 14 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account depending upon your payment method. Exchanges will be shipped within 10 business days of receiving and processing the returned items back into inventory.
Any issues with your order, such as defective or damaged products, must be reported to the Customer Success Team within 7 daysof receiving your order for it to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Once your return has been received and the return products have been processed back into our inventory, you will receive an email from our Customer Success Team notifying you that the refund has been completed. You will be refunded for the purchase amount minus any restocking fees. We do not refund any shipping costs.
For International Orders
International orders can only be returned for refunds. Customers wishing to return items for an exchange are responsible for international shipping and any customs duties or fees incurred by the shipping of an exchange product. emoji unicode: 1f30d
