Sometimes we need a cookie, and sometimes we need cake, and sometimes we don't want to choose so we made this Keto Sugar Cookie Cake!
What you'll need:
- 2 tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 1 scoop Protein Milkshake
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp. Stevia
- 1/4 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Egg whites
- 2 tbsp. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Dash pink food coloring and whipped cream for topping (optional)
How it's made:
- Mix ingredients until smooth, then pour into mug rubbed with coconut oil
- Place mug in microwave and bake for 1 - 3 minutes at 70% power, checking every minute.
- Enjoy your quick and simple mug cake!
