Who doesn't love a good sticky bun? They're warm, sweet, and just irresistible. And with this recipe, you can indulge without any of the guilt. Check out this keto pecan sticky buns protein shake recipe below. 

What you'll need:

• 1 serving Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Organic Protein Powder 

• 1 cup nut milk

• 1/4 cup pecans

• 1 tablespoon sugar free caramel sauce or maple syrup

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

Directions: 

  1. Combine your Protein Milkshake Organic Protein Powder, your choice of nut milk, pecans, one tablespoon sugar free caramel sauce or maple syrup, and teaspoon of cinnamon to a blender.
  2. Add ice and blend!
  3. Optional: Top with homemade whipped cream and caramel sauce as desired!
