Protein Frosted Pumpkin Mug Cake


Cake Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Protein Milkshake Pumpkin Pie
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Pie Puree
  • 2 tbsp. Egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking powder 
  • 1/8 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice 
  • pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Frosting Ingredients:


  1. Mix all cake ingredients (except for cinnamon) in a microwave safe mug
  2. Microwave about 2 minutes while prepping frosting
  3. Mix all frosting ingredients together until you achieve a smooth consistency
  4. Top cake with a dollop of protein frosting, sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy!
