Peanut Butter Mousse Cups

 

What you'll need: 

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

1/2 scoop Protein Milkshake Protein Powder of your choice 

1/4 tsp. pure Stevia (or sweetener of your choice to taste)

2 tbsp. peanut butter

1 tbs

 

Directions:

1. Blend cottage cheese, Protein Milkshake, sweetener, and peanut butter.

2. Process until well mixed and cottage cheese is creamy and smooth. 

3. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and place in the freezer for 30 mins.

4. Enjoy the mousse on its own, or use it as a yummy fruit dip or pancake topping!
