Pumpkin Pie Mug Cake

 

What you'll need:

1 scoop Protein Milkshake (Pumpkin Pie, Vanilla, Cupcake Batter, or Cinnamon Bun)

1/4 cup Pumpkin Pie Puree

2 tbsp. Egg whites

1/4 tsp. Baking powder 

1/8 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice 

Caramel for drizzle (optional)

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe mug 

Microwave about 2 minutes

Top with whipped cream and cinnamon and enjoy!
