Peanut Butter Protein Cookies (Grain Free, Paleo, Keto)

These cookies are so healthy so can enjoy a whole tower of them!
Macros per cookie: 4g protein | 88 calories | 3g carbs | 3g fat
What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup Protein Milkshake
 - 1/2 cup peanut butter
 - 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
 - 
1 egg
 - 1/4 tsp baking soda
 - pinch of salt
 - 1/4 cup sprinkles
 
How it's made:
- 
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
 - 
Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute.
 - 
Beat in the syrup until well combined.
 - 
Add in the egg and beat until mixed in.
 - 
Add the protein powder, baking soda and salt into the bowl until a mixed sticky dough forms.
 - 
Pour the sprinkles into a small bowl. Roll the dough into 1 tbsp balls and then roll into the sprinkles, and place onto the prepared cookie sheet.
 - 
Press the cookies down, and bake until the top feels jet and the cookies rise, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and ENJOY!
