Peanut Butter Protein Cookies (Grain Free, Paleo, Keto)

These cookies are so healthy so can enjoy a whole tower of them!
Macros per cookie: 4g protein | 88 calories | 3g carbs | 3g fat

What you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup Protein Milkshake
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

How it's made:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Beat in the syrup until well combined.
  4. Add in the egg and beat until mixed in.
  5. Add the protein powder, baking soda and salt into the bowl until a mixed sticky dough forms.
  6. Pour the sprinkles into a small bowl. Roll the dough into 1 tbsp balls and then roll  into the sprinkles, and place onto the prepared cookie sheet. 
  7. Press the cookies down, and bake until the top feels jet and the cookies rise, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and ENJOY!
