Organic Low Carb Mint Chocolate Chip Shake Recipe

 

We are feeling extra MINTY today so we decided to create a mint protein shake inspired by our love of the Girl Scout Thin Mints cookies! 

We were looking to find a way where we could enjoy the same taste, but it to be low carb and believe we came up with the perfect creation! Did we mention this protein shake only contains 10 grams of carbs? It's mint to be! Whip up this refreshing Mint Chocolate Chip Shake for a cool, creamy summer treat!

 

What you'll need:

• 1 serving Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Protein Powder

• 1 cup nut milk

• 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla frozen yogurt

• 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract

• 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips

• 1 drop green food coloring (optional)

Directions: 

  1. Combine your Protein Milkshake Organic Protein Powder, your choice of nut milk, yogurt, green food coloring, and mini chocolate chips to a blender.
  2. Add ice and blend!
  3. Optional: Top with homemade whipped cream and a mint for freshness!
