Strawberry Shortcake Protein Shake 

Ingredients 
1 serving of Protein Milkshake 
1 cup of your favorite low carb yogurt (I used @twogoodyogurt vanilla)
6 ounces unsweetened almond milk
50 g frozen strawberries
A few ice cubes
Optional to add whipped cream, sugar-free sprinkles and extra strawberries for garnish. These ingredients have not been calculated into nutritional information below.

I simply put all my ingredients in a blender and blended until smooth. ENJOY!
