This low carb Chocolate Chip Protein Loaf Cake is created by @lori.monigold.

Simple and oh so delicious low carb chocolate chip protein loaf cake!

This little baby is so super easy to make and even more deliciously eat.

Low Carb Chocolate Chip Protein Loaf Cake 

Ingredients

1/2 cup Protein Milkshake 
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup @zensweetlife monk fruit
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt

1/2 cup ricotta cheese
4tbs butter, melted
2 eggs
4 drops @oooflavors vanilla cupcake
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan well.
2. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
3. Add ricotta butter eggs and vanilla then stir to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Add batter to pan and spread out evenly.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes and then cool completely. Slice into 8 servings and
