Low-Carb Salted Caramel Cupcakes

These healthy low-carb salted caramel cupcakes were created by @nocarbsforsam. 

SALTED CARAMEL CUPCAKES WITH CHOCOLATE ICING I ain’t even lying these taste just like salted caramel in cupcake form JUST TRUST ME. The best part? They contain protein powder using the best protein EVER from Protein Milkshake. 

I used: ⁣
- 1 serving Protein Milkshake 
- 1/4c @lakanto monkfruit sweetener⁣
- 1 pack @carringtonfarms coconut oil ⁣
 - 1 egg⁣
- 1/2c unsweetened apple sauce ⁣
- 1tsp baking soda⁣
- 1tsp baking powder⁣
- 1/4tsp salt⁣
- 1/2tsp cinnamon⁣
- 1c almond flour⁣
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins⁣
- Frost with @pillsbury sugar free chocolate icing⁣
- Makes 12 cupcakes for 6 points each!! They don’t even taste healthy which we loveeeeee!
