Weight Watchers 2 SP Cupcake Batter Krispie Treats

These healthy Weight Watchers cupcake batter krispie treats were created by @balancedbrandi. 

My favorite way to use protein powders is to do absolutely anything but make a shake with them!! 

I decided to make some Cupcake Batter Krispie treats using this yummy Protein Milkshake protein. They turned out so good and are only 2pts per treat!

To make them I used
1 serving Protein Milkshake ( I used Cupcake Batter!) 
1/4 Cup Light I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter
5-1/2 Cups Krispie cereal
1pkg Mini Marshmallows
Pink food coloring & sprinkles (optional)

Begin by melting the butter on med low heat. Add the marshmallows and continuously stir until the marshmallows are melted. Add a few drops of food coloring and the package of protein powder and stir to combine. Remove from heat and quickly fold in cereal. Pour into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray. I found it easier to spread the mixture with my hands (sprayed with non stick spray). Sprinkle the top with sprinkles if desired. Cover with foil and place in the fridge for about 30mins to let the firm up. Cut into 32 squares.

By adding the Cupcake Batter protein, you’re giving a sweet treat at an extra boost of 22 grams of protein!!
That’s a win/win in my book.
