Low-Carb Pumpkin Fudge

These healthy low-carb pumpkin fudge with a salted caramel latte icing was created by @mals_motivated. 

All the fall baking all the fall flavors!! I currently have my freezer stocked with healthy treats so I need to stop!!  pshhht why should I!?
HEALTHY Pumpkin freezer fudge with a salted caramel latte protein icing! I’ve always wondering how people make icing chock full of protein goodness! Simply mix any of Protein Milkshake flavors with whipped cream cheese for an epic icing! 

For the base combine:
* 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
* 1/2 c. cassava flour
* 1/2 c. almond butter
* Dash cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp sea salt
* 1 Tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
Spread into a 5x9 loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Set in freezer.
For the icing:
* 1 cup whipped cream cheese
* 1 serving Protein Milkshake 
Combine icing ingredients in small bowl and mix real good!
Spread evenly over the base and let sit in freezer until firm. Cut and store in freezer for an easy indulgence!
