Keto Almond Flour Cinnamon Muffins

These healthy keto almond flour cinnamon muffins were created by @michworksout. 

Almond flour cinnamon muffins

I added some of Protein Milkshake's  coconut cupcake protein for extra flavor and added protein. My son absolutely loved these! So I take that as a win.

3 eggs
1/3 cup swerve or any sweetener you prefer
1 serving Protein Milkshake 
2 tbs coconut oil, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt


*Preheat the oven to 350℉.

*In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

*Add the almond flour, sugar,cinnamon, protein,baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.

*Spoon the batter into 10 muffin tins and bake for 22 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
