This deliciously healthy keto-friendly coconut mug cake was created by @keto_woe. 

Keto mug cake, the kind people over at Protein Milkshake  sent me their protein powder in the flavor coconut cupcake to try and I turned it into my first mug cake it was so yummy!
For the cake I used:

1/2 cup almond flower
1 serving of Protein Milkshake 

1 egg
1 tbsp hwc
1 tsp sweetner
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp melted butter
(I mixed everything together and microwaved it for 60 seconds)
For the frosting I just used:
1/4 cup hwc
1 tsp of the Protein Milkshake 

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
