Protein-Packed Strawberry Shortcake Ice Pops

What you'll need:

  • 2 servings Protein Milkshake (any flavor)
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar free sprinkles (optional)

How it's made:

1. Blend the protein powder and almond milk until the mix is completely smooth.

2. Stir in the sprinkles.

3. Pour mix into your popsicle mold & place in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and add wooden popsicle sticks. Place the mold back in the freezer overnight. It will take 6-8 hours to freeze completely.

 

HELPFUL TIPS 

1) If wanting a more flavorful  taste, you can include berries to the mix! If making a strawberry milkshake pop include a cup of strawberries, if chocolate include a cup of sugar-free chocolate pudding, and if vanilla flavored, include a cup of  sugar-free vanilla pudding!

2) For extra sprinkles, once you have added the popsicle sticks to the mold, coat the exterior of the batter with the sugar-free sprinkles for a dramatic and cute look!
