Weight Watchers Cupcake Batter Protein Cheesecake

I decided to create a cheesecake using protein powder and used Protein Milkshake is one of the best out there. I used it to make a cheesecake for only 5 sp a slice! For the cheesecake: 2 blocks greek yogurt cream cheese, 3 eggs, 2 cups NFGY, 1 pouch of cupcake batter protein powder, 1 box jello sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, 1 tsp cake batter extract (vanilla works too), and sprinkles. I baked it at 350 for 50 minutes then cut into 8 slices when it was cooled. You could use FF cream cheese to lower points but I think the green yogurt had more of a true cheesecake flavor.

I loved the flavor from Protein Milkshake and a whole serving is only 1 sp with 22 grams of protein! The taste was better than other protein powders I have tried for the same amount of points. I didn’t get a weird aftertaste and it wasn’t chalky. My husband absolutely loved it and licked his plate! I only wish I could have more to put in the cheesecake.
