One scoop Cake Batter @proteinmilkshake
1/3 Cup Almond Flour
1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
2 Large Eggs
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Xantham Gum
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Swerve Confectioners
1 Tablespoon Sprinkles
Pour batter into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Blend 2 scoops Cupcake Batter with 1 cup whipping cream or Greek yogurt and sprinkles and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Remove ice cream from freezer and scoop onto cooled cupcakes. Enjoy! 🥳
