What you'll need:

• 1 serving Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Organic Protein Powder 

• 1 cup nut milk

• 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/2 cup ice

Directions:
