No-Bake Protein Cheesecake

What You'll Need:

  • 2 scoops Protein Milkshake
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese 
  • 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk 
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (optional crust)

Makes 2 servings of cheesecake. 

How it's made:

  1. If making crust mix, almond flour with 1 tbsp coconut milk so they stay together on the base of your cheesecake.
  2. Line the bottom of a bowl press down mixture and bake for 10 minutes at 350. Remove from oven.
  3. Blend all other ingredients together until smooth to get different color layers, divide mix into 3 even parts and blend separately with a drop of food coloring. Layer on top of crust and freeze for 10 minutes. Once chilled remove and enjoy!
