Weight Watchers Lemon Meringue Protein Pudding

What You'll Need:

1 serving Protein Milkshake 

1 cup sugar-free lemon pudding

1/2 cup whipped cream 

lemon zest for garnish

 

How It's Made:

1. Whip together protein powder and pudding to achieve a smooth consistency. 

2. Put half of the pudding in a small bowl and layer half of whipped cream on top.

3. Layer pudding again, then top with whipped cream and lemon and garnish with lemon zest.
