Keto Protein Milkshake Pancakes

 Macros per recipe:  50g protein • 320 calories • 6g carbs • 5g fat

What you'll need:

Optional:

  • Sprinkles 
  • Low fat whipped cream
  • Sugar free syrup or glaze

Pancake Instructions:

  1. Warm a skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Pour all ingredients and blend
  3. Grease pan with butter spray
  4. Pour one ladle full of mix onto frying pan
  5. Wait for bubbles and flip on other side
  6. Stack up and garnish as desired
