Keto Protein Milkshake Pancakes
Macros per recipe: 50g protein • 320 calories • 6g carbs • 5g fat
What you'll need:
- 2 scoops Protein Milkshake
- 1/2 cup of plant milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- butter spray
Optional:
- Sprinkles
- Low fat whipped cream
- Sugar free syrup or glaze
Pancake Instructions:
- Warm a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour all ingredients and blend
- Grease pan with butter spray
- Pour one ladle full of mix onto frying pan
- Wait for bubbles and flip on other side
- Stack up and garnish as desired
