Keto Protein Pancakes


What you'll need:

2 tablespoons Protein Milkshake Vanilla, Cupcake Batter or Cream Puff Protein Powder

1 large banana

2 eggs

1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Sprinkles (as many as you like)

Low fat whipped cream (optional)

How it's made:

Warm a skillet over medium heat. In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined. Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray before adding 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture. Cook for 25-30 seconds per side. Plate and serve. 

Top with whipped cream and sprinkles and enjoy!
