Keto Protein Coconut Chocolate Brownies

These healthy keto protein coconut chocolate brownies were created by @halfofhailey. 

I always hold my breath when I make anything with protein powders because I HATE the taste of most of them. But all the flavors I’ve tried so far from Protein Milkshake have been so good!

Plus it adds protein and cuts carbs out of every recipe I make! This time I made up these easy coconut chocolate brownies! I love sweets but I can’t eat the sugar.

So I used 1/2 a box of sugar free brownie mix and added a packet of “coconut cupcake” from Protein Milkshake and then added a mashed banana and 3 tablespoons of water. (No oil or eggs) Baked at 325 until the toothpick came out clean. Sooo easy and delicious! And just to be extra, I sprinkled the top with monk fruit powdered sugar!
