I serving of Protein Milkshake PB Cup
1 1/2 block of soften cream cheese
5 tablespoons of swerve confectioner sugar
4 oz of sugar free whipped cream
🥧 Pecan Pie Crust
1 cup pecans, ground
1 cup almond flour
4 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup granulated Swerve
1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
4 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Mix and bake in a pie dish for 10 minutes at 350. Let cook and add pie filling.
