Easy High Protein Keto Chocolate Cheesecake

Keto Chocolate Cheesecake!!
I wanted to share this new super easy recipe I made with a wonderful protein powder @proteinmilkshake.
The only thing I didn't include was how to make the whip cream. But it's very easy to just get some heavy whipping cream, & sweetener of choice & whip it up & spread on top.
There are two things that I enjoyed about this protein powder! As soon as I mixed it with the cream cheese, it was so smooth!! No clumps whatsoever!! And best thing is, its not overly sweet at all! I actually added just a little sweetener to it for my preference. And when I combined it with the cream cheese, it was a chocolate cheesecake dream come true!
You really don't need the crust but I wanted to present it as a cheesecake!!

Ingredients:
  • Keto Cinnamon Pie Crust
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 coconut oil melted
Cheesecake Filling
 
How it's made:
Mix dry ingredients first. Then add melted coconut oil and mix well. Pre-heat oven to 400 and bake for 8-10 minutes.
While the crust bakes, mix filling.
Remove crust from oven and add filling once cooled, then set in the fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy!
