Double Protein Pancakes

Pancake Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • Sprinkles (as many as you like)
  • Low fat whipped cream (optional)

Glaze Instructions (optional):

  1. Mash 1/3 banana with 2 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil
  2. Mix in 1/2 a scoop of Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter
  3. Heat until mixed, melted and smooth

Pancake Instructions:

  1. Warm a skillet over medium heat. In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined.
  3. Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray before adding 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture. Cook for 25-30 seconds per side. Plate and serve. 
  4. Top with glaze and enjoy your protein pancakes!
