LOW SUGAR CAKE POPS

bake your life better with these high protein sugar free treats 😋🧁 Cake mix: 1 scoop @proteinmilkshake 1/4 cup almond flour 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon coconut flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup powdered erythritol 3 large egg 2 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon heavy cream 1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon of gelatin (unflavored) Mix it all up Bake at 325 for 35-40 min • • Cream cheese frosting 1 oz cream cheese (room temperature) 1 tablespoon butter (room temperature) 2 tablespoon powdered erythritol Mixed and set aside • • Once the cake is done you scrape off the top brown color layer and crumble the entire cake into bitty pieces. Add in the cream cheese frosting and mix it all up so it’s sticky. Then take some and roll them into balls. • • Outer Chocolate icing You can use white, dark, milk SF chelate chips and melt them with a little bit of coconut oil. Then dunk your cake pop stick in the chocolate mixture and poke into each ball like a lollipop. Then once all done dunk in your cake pop in the chocolate mix. • • You can enjoy them that way or you can sprinkle them with SF sprinkles like I did.
