1 scoop Protein Milkshake in your flavor of choice
1 cup gluten free oatmeal or organic quinoa
1 cup spinach (optional - for a superfood boost)
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup walnuts or almonds or 2 Tbsp nut butter
1 - 2 tsp coconut flakes
1/2 cup fruit of choice
How it's made:
1. All all ingredients except toppings into a blender.
