1/3 cup Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Protein Powder
2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
2 cups (2 packages) Sugar Free Marshmallows
2 cups Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
1-2 tsp sprinkles (optional)
1. Line an 8x8" brownie pan with parchment paper both ways.
2. In a saucepan, add the coconut oil or butter and place over medium-low heat. When completely melted, add the marshmallows. Gently stir with a until almost all of the marshmallows have fully melted. Remove from the heat
3. Stir in the protein powder.
4. Pour in the rice cereal and gently fold together. When the mixture is fully incorporated, scoop it into the prepared pan. Flatten the mixture by laying a sheet of parchment on top of the mixture and pressing down firmly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Slice and enjoy!
