HEALTHY KETO DONUTS
You donut have to quit donuts 🍩😋🥳
🍩 Healthy Breakfast Donuts 🍩
Only 4 net carb per donut 🤗
i n g r e d i e n t s:
1/4 cup Cupcake Batter @proteinmilkshake
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup apple sauce or butter
1/4 cup sweetener
2 egg whites or flax eggs
d i r e c t i o n s:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Melt and mix wet ingredients.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
5. Pour into donut pan and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Remove & let cool before glazing with @proteinmilkshake mixed with milk/cream and sprinkle.
