i n g r e d i e n t s:⁣
1/4 cup Cupcake Batter @proteinmilkshake ⁣
1 cup almond flour ⁣
1 tsp baking powder ⁣
1/2 cup apple sauce or butter ⁣
1/4 cup sweetener ⁣
2 egg whites or flax eggs ⁣ ⁣
d i r e c t i o n s:⁣ ⁣

1. Preheat oven to 350.⁣

2. Mix dry ingredients.⁣

3. Melt and mix wet ingredients. ⁣

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.⁣

5. Pour into donut pan and bake for 15 minutes. ⁣

6. Remove & let cool before glazing with @proteinmilkshake mixed with milk/cream and sprinkle. ⁣ ⁣
