Weight Watchers Coconut Cupcake Protein Pancakes

These healthy Weight Watchers coconut cupcake protein pancakes were created by @healthwithacrunch

soOooOooOo today I whipped up a stack of coconut cupcake protein pancakes & they were truly *chef’s kiss*. The macros on this protein powder alone are pretty dope too: 110 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 3 grams of carbohydrates, & 22 grams of protein. Save the recipe below so you can recreate these fluffy guys for breakfast tomorrow.

1 + 1/2 cup rolled oats (@bobsredmill)
1/2 cup plant-based milk
2 eggs
1 banana
1 serving Protein Milkshake 

(I used coconut cupcake protein powder from @proteinmilkshake which slaps because it is pretty clean, ingredient wise, and not grainy like a lot of other protein powders I’ve used before )

Blend all ingredients together until a batter is formed. Use the batter to make your pancakes and serve hot with whatever your little heart desires (clearly I was feeling warm butter + cinnamon today).
