• 2 tablespoons Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Protein Powder • 1 large banana • 2 eggs • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder • natural red food coloring
Warm a skillet over medium heat. In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined. Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray before adding 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture. Add food coloring a drop at a time to the batter as you go along to intensify the color. Cook each pancake for 25-30 seconds per side. Plate and serve.
