Protein Frosted Pumpkin Mug Cake
Cake Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Protein Milkshake Pumpkin Pie
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Pie Puree
- 2 tbsp. Egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Frosting Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Cream Puff Protein Milkshake
- 3 Tbsp Fat-Free Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tbsp Swerve or Stevia
Directions:
- Mix all cake ingredients (except for cinnamon) in a microwave safe mug
- Microwave about 2 minutes while prepping frosting
- Mix all frosting ingredients together until you achieve a smooth consistency
- Top cake with a dollop of protein frosting, sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy!
