This healthy low carb iced coffee recipe only takes a couple of minutes to whip up and just requires a few ingredients including your choice of coffee.

To ensure this iced coffee recipe is extra on the coffee, you will need to prepare coffee cubes. Simply pour a batch of brewed coffee (leftover coffee from the previous day) into an ice cube tray and allow to freeze overnight. This step is optional but allows for your coffee to remain cold. 

If you like to add whipped cream on top of your coffee, a great keto-friendly alternative to regular whipped cream is coconut cream. Ensure that your coconut cream is also chilled- this can be bought in store or made directly at home.
