Low Carb Berry Cupcake Protein Milkshake

This healthy low carb berry cupcake protein milkshake was created by @ketokittie.

Taste: Cupcake batter sweetened with stevia and monk fruit.  The sweetness is perfectly balanced.  My husband is not in ketosis and he thought it was made with real sugar.

Texture: Light, fluffy and smooth. I felt like I was drinking a fluffy milkshake and not a chalky protein drink.  The texture makes it easy to add to any drink.

Overall: I really liked this protein shake and flavor!  Adding fruit isn't necessary, the flavor is great on its own.  Great for any dessert or meal replacement.

Recipe (makes 2 servings)

  • 0.5 cup blackberries
