Keto Vanilla Cake Batter Funfetti Donuts

These healthy keto vanilla cake batter funfetti donuts were created by @queer_on_keto. 

The theme for this week’s recipes is definitely easy and straightforward. However that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice the fun or the taste. I’m lovin’ these 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁𝘀 I created using @superfat Pancake Mix & Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Protein Powder.


𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲:
1c. @superfat pancake mix
2T. @anthonysgoods monk fruit & erythritol blend
4 eggs
1.5t. baking powder
1/2t. vanilla extract
2T. coconut oil or butter, melted
3T. @thesprinklecompany rainbow sprinkles
1/4c. almond milk
1 serving Protein Milkshake 

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a donut mold well.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour batter evenly among 8 individual molds.
3. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool completely.
4. I topped mine with @pbhfoods vanilla donut glaze and @thesprinklecompaby rainbow sprinkles.
