Keto Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Y’all these cookies are delicious AND nutritious! And who doesn’t love sprinkles?!?

I’ve tried baking with other protein powders but the texture was never there. This is the 2nd I’ve tried from Protein Milkshake and the texture and flavor is THERE! They taste like old fashioned peanut butter cookies with a hint of chocolate!! These come out to 2️⃣ protein packed points per cookie on WW!



- 1 serving Protein Milkshake 

-1/2 cup peanut butter

- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

- 1 egg

- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- Pinch of salt

-1/4 cup sprinkles


1. Preheat your over to 325 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for one minute.

3. Beat in the syrup until well combined.

4. Add in the egg and beat until mixed in. 

5. Add the protein powder, baking soda and salt into the bowl until a mixed sticky dough forms. 

6. Pour the sprinkles into a small bowl. Roll the dough into 1 tbsp balls and then roll into the sprinkles and place onto the prepared cookie sheet.
