Keto-Friendly Pudding

I am loving all of these flavors by @proteinmilkshake!
This time I got to try the salted caramel latte. ♥️
I'm a big caramel fan. And an even bigger coffee fan! I was super excited for this flavor!
I decided to make pudding.
I just blended together

1 serving Protein Milkshake 
3/4 c almond milk
1.5 Tbsp chia seeds
1 serving 
Then refrigerated for at least an hour! (Preferably overnight) the chia seeds expand and soak up the liquid, making it a thicker texture. 
Mine turned a little watery, but I so didn't let it sit in the fridge overnight. Could even use coconut milk instead to make it thicker.
The taste was AMAZING!! Loved the latte flavor, ao I added some espresso powder and a little sugar free whipped cream. FANTASTIC!
