These healthy Keto Chocolate Sundae Donuts are created by @ KETOQUEENOFQUARANTINE

I tried some of Protein Milkshake's new chocolate sundae protein mix and I had to whip up some donuts! I found my old donut maker and I knew I needed to try it out! And they were delicious!

These were so good and even non-keto mom approved! ✔️

1 serving Protein Milkshake 
1 oz sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1/2 oz brown sugar replacement (I used @lakanto)
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 oz heavy cream

1 tablespoon powdered Erythritol
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon heavy cream

I mixed all of the ingredients together and put them my donut maker [similar to a waffle iron] for about 5 minutes!

These are definitely a perfect treat that you can feel good about eating. The macros fit perfectly into a keto diet!
