When you want a milkshake, but don’t want to feel sick. Protein Milkshake is there to save the day! I’m always looking to be the healthiest I can be! This tastes exactly like a cake batter milkshake, but without all the sugar and non gut friendly ingredients. I personally never order milkshakes when I go out to eat because I can’t risk being cross contaminated from gluten filled mix ins (hello Oreo shake)! When the same mixer is used, the tiniest speck of gluten can mess up my whole week stomach wise! So, when I want a shake, this is where it’s at! The powder is GLUTEN FREE, KETO, high protein, soy free, non gmo, grain free, and delicious! Who doesn’t want a milkshake that won’t give you a sugar crash and you feel good about drinking!?

Recipe:

-1 cup almond milk

-1 serving Protein Milkshake

-Strawberries and topped with whipped cream! @reddiwip
