High Protein Low Carb Snickers Dates

These vegan healthy peanut butter and chocolate stuffed dates will remind you of the healthier version of Snickers.     

Five ingredients is all that is needed to make these high protein snickers dates: You only need four ingredients - Protein Milkshake, dates, peanut butter dark chocolate, and peanuts.                   

You only need five ingredients to make : Dates, peanut butter, dark chocolate, and peanuts. If you want the stuffed dates to be vegan, make sure the chocolate you use doesn’t contain any dairy. Usually dark chocolate is vegan, but I always check the ingredient list when I buy a new brand.

How to prepare the dates?

If you have never cooked with dates before, be sure to cut the pit open out of the pit- you can cut open in a lengthwise manner into the dates Next, you will fill the dates with peanut butter and two or three peanut halves and then close up the date. 

Other Ways To Prepare Dates 

You can also make this recipe into a healthy peanut butter bar- so it will resemble a Snickers bar.
