What you'll need:

  • 1/3 cup Protein Milkshake Protein Powder (any flavor)
  • 1/3 cup ground flax seeds (or you can use oats or almond flour)
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda (to make them fluffy)
  • 1/3 cup water 
  • 1/2 a mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles 
  • Whipped cream topping (optional)

How it's made:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the milk, banana, blueberries, and vanilla extract to your blender and combine until smooth. Optionally, you could just combine them in a bowl and use a hand mixer.
  3. Add the dry ingredients (except for sprinkles) to your blended wet ingredients and stir until no more lumps can be found. 
  4. Add sprinkles and stir so they are evenly distributed throughout pancake mix. 
  5. Pour a thin layer of pancake mixture (about 1 cup or less at a time) into a non-stick pan. Cook 30 seconds per side over medium heat or until each side is a light golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. 
  6. Top with whipped cream of your choice, add a few more sprinkles, and devour!
