What you'll need:
• 1 egg white (or egg white substitute)
• 1 ounce almond milk
• 1 serving/scoop of Protein Milkshake in Chocolate flavor
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or other nut butter)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Mix all ingredients into a bowl and mix everything together until smooth. Take out a mug, coat it with non-stick cooking spray, and pour the mix in. Microwave for :45-:60 (which may turn into less or more time depending on how powerful your microwave is). Enjoy!
