What Kind of Coffee Can I Use?

Whatever coffee you currently use- the options are truly endless and we recommend testing different brews to see what is your favorite. You can use regular or decaf if you are trying to forgo the caffeine. However if using regular coffee, a cup in the protein iced latte only consists of a half of a cup of coffee if you are worried about caffine consumption.

What kind of milk should i use?

We found that unsweetened plant milk works best- specifically almond milk, but you can also use whatever you have on hand, including dairy milk. Just keep in mind dairy milk is usually not low-carb friendly, and in the nutrition facts below you will have to update the nutritional values across the board to accomodate for the increase in sugar and increase in calorie consumption.
