Low Carb Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Brownie Bars

 

These healthy low carb chocolate pumpkin protein brownie bars are created by @ lori.monigold.

So this is one of my all time favorite recipes that I have ever created. I have made these into little brownie bites and they were so yummy but this time I wanted to try them as bars!!! This recipe results in an incredibly fudgy brownie and is absolutely loaded with nutrient dense ingredients!!! Who wouldn’t want to get their protein and vitamins in by way of a fudgy brownie.

Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Brownie Bars 

Ingredients:
1 serving Protein Milkshake 
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 c @pyureorganic stevia/erythritol blend
6 drops @ooo flavor pumpkin spice flavor
1/4 c sugar free chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350
2.Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips well.
3.Stir in chips and pour batter into greased and parchment lined baking dish( I used a 6’” to achieve a thicker brownie). Top with a few additional chips.
4.Bake 30-40 minuets to desired doneness. Cool and cut into 9 squares.
