Keto Cupcake Batter Bars

This keto-friendly cupcake batter bars were created by @dailyketomom. 

I was so excited to receive another sample of Protein Milkshake  cake batter protein.
I've been so bummed I couldn't find the Lily's white chocolate bars, so I decided to make my own!!
1/2 c coconut oil
1 serving Protein Milkshake 

2 Tbsp Swerve conf
And homemade keto sprinkles ♥️♥️
(I made some sprinkles last year and keep them in a jar in the cupboard)
Melt the coconut oil and stir in the other ingredients. Let set and refrigerate.
I didn't have cocoa butter, so I just used coconut oil and it still turned out good! But I'll definitely pick up some cocoa butter to use next time.
The taste is AMAZING! You could probably leave out the swerve, since the protein is sweet enough. It tastes like cake batter, and then the crunch with the sprinkles YUMMY!!!
It made 2 chocolate bars, and I added up the macros in an app. Each bar is 24 squares (48 total).
4 squares (1 row)= 96 cal, 0 carb, 2 protein, and 10 fat
