Keto Coconut Pudding

Tembleque (Coconut Pudding) with Protein Milkshake!

The flavors of the tropics low-carb, no-sugar, with whey protein delightfully decadent dessert.

Ingredients 👩🏻‍🍳 6 portions size
1 Can Organic coconut milk
1 serving Protein Milkshake 
5 drop Coconut extract @sweetleafstevia
2 tsp @pyureorganic granular sugar
1 tbsp @swoon original
1 packet gelatin unflavored
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Place the coconut milk in a blender with protein powder, the sweetness, spice and combine. Then place batter in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly to remove lumps.

Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and sprinkle in gelatin. Continue to stir for about 10 minutes. When mixture thickens and reduces, remove from heat.

Pour into 6 small ramekins. Allow to cool 30 minutes then refrigerate overnight.

Super delicious and creamy jiggly totally recommended!
