Directions: 

Whip 1 scoop Pumpkin Pie Protein Milkshake, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1/4 cup almond milk & 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice in a mixer. Top with sugar free caramel & chopped nuts. Serve with crisp apple slices!😍
