1 scoop Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Grass Fed Whey
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp applesauce
2 tbsp pancake mix (any brand)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp 0 cal sweetener
Protein Icing
1/2 scoop Protein Milkshake
1/8 cup milk
Cinnamon Sugar Icing
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp 0 cal syrup
